Welcome to the Hepta Solutions Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your participation in the program. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Overview
Hepta Solutions operates a Pay-Per-Sale affiliate program. Affiliates earn commissions by referring new clients who make a purchase through their unique referral links, coupons, or cookies.
2. Affiliate Registration and Approval
To join, affiliates must submit an application form.
Applications are subject to review and approval by Hepta Solutions.
We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason.
3. Commission and Payments
Commission Rate: 10% per confirmed sale.
Payout Threshold: A minimum of 1,500,000 IDR is required to initiate payment.
Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly.
Payment Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or cash in hand.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate. Hepta Solutions is not liable for any payment delays due to incorrect information provided.
4. Eligibility and Restrictions
The program is open globally with no country-specific restrictions.
Affiliates must not engage in spam marketing.
Paid advertising is allowed but cannot use the Hepta Solutions brand name directly.
5. Tracking and Attribution
Referrals are tracked via unique referral links, coupons, and cookies.
Cookie Duration: 30 days from the user’s first interaction.
Commissions are credited to the affiliate if the referred user makes a purchase within this timeframe.
6. Termination Policy
Affiliates involved in fraudulent activity or found in breach of these terms will face immediate termination without prior notice.
Termination will result in the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
7. Legal and Liability Disclaimer
Affiliates are fully responsible for reporting and paying any taxes related to their commission earnings.
Hepta Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost earnings, technical issues, downtime, or referral tracking errors.
8. Use of Branding and Marketing Materials
Affiliates may create marketing creatives but must obtain approval from Hepta Solutions before using them.
Unauthorized use of Hepta Solutions’ logos or branding without approval may lead to account termination.
9. Data Protection and Confidentiality
Affiliates will not have access to any confidential information from Hepta Solutions.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR if operating in the EU or similar jurisdictions.
10. Amendments to the Terms
Hepta Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
