With the Remote Working Kitas, you can:

You must:
- Ensure compliance with all Indonesian laws and regulations.
- Respect local customs, culture, and traditions.
- Have sufficient living expenses to support yourself during your stay in Indonesia.
Other important information:
- If you overstay your permitted period, engage in prohibited activities, violate visa conditions, or fail to comply with Indonesian laws, you may face fines, deportation, and/or other legal charges.
- In addition to the electronic limited stay permit, a physical card is also available at the immigration office.
- You are strictly prohibited from selling goods or services.

- Furthermore, provide proof of income, such as a bank account showing a salary or income of at least USD $60,000 per year.
- Lastly, include an employment contract with a company established outside Indonesia.
Visa Validity:
- This visa must be used to enter Indonesia within 90 days from the date of issue.
