The company’s roots trace back to the unique career path of its founder, Shaddi Reyad, a former Navy Special Operations officer whose military experience instilled a deep sense of operational excellence, leadership under pressure, and risk management.
Following his military service, Shaddi transitioned into the private sector, holding leadership roles in industries as diverse as oil and gas and retail. These roles sharpened his understanding of how businesses operate across sectors, and the common challenges they face.
Driven by a passion for continuous learning, he pursued independent studies in business management and strategy. Through this journey, he identified a recurring issue among entrepreneurs and expatriates in Bali: the lack of clear, reliable, and practical guidance to navigate Indonesia’s business landscape.
