Remote Working KITAS (E33G)

With the Remote Working Kitas, you can:

• First, carry out assignments from an overseas company.
• Second, you are allowed to travel to and from Indonesia.
• Third, you can engage in tourism-related activities, as well as visit friends or family.

You must:

• Ensure compliance with all Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Respect local customs, culture, and traditions.
• Have sufficient living expenses to support yourself during your stay in Indonesia.

Other important information:

• If you overstay your permitted period, engage in prohibited activities, violate visa conditions, or fail to comply with Indonesian laws, you may face fines, deportation, and/or other legal charges.
• In addition to the electronic limited stay permit, a physical card is also available at the immigration office.
• You are strictly prohibited from selling goods or services.
• Moreover, you must not work or receive any form of compensation, wages, or similar payments from individuals or companies in Indonesia.

Document Requirements:

• First, you must provide a passport valid for at least 6 (six) months.
• Additionally, submit a personal bank statement showing a minimum balance of USD $2,000 or its equivalent over the last 3-month period. The statement must include your name, the date range, and the account balance.
• You will also need a recent photograph, a Curriculum Vitae (CV), and a travel itinerary.
• Furthermore, provide proof of income, such as a bank account showing a salary or income of at least USD $60,000 per year.
• Lastly, include an employment contract with a company established outside Indonesia.

Visa Validity:

• This visa must be used to enter Indonesia within 90 days from the date of issue.
• Please remember that the visa validity period is different from the permitted stay period. Be sure to check your visa for details on the length of your stay.
