The D12 multiple-entry visa is valid for 180 days starting from the date the Visa is issued. This visa type allows for multiple entries into Indonesia during its validity period.

After 6 months, the visa holder must exit the country to renew the visa.

To apply for a Multiple-Entry Visa, the applicant must provide the following documents:

• A valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining.
• A recent passport-sized photograph.
• Insurance.
• A Bank Statement shows a min of $6,500 US or equivalent.
