An Investor KITAS (Kartu Izin Tinggal Terbatas), also known as ITAS (Izin Tinggal Terbatas) Investor, is a temporary stay permit granted to foreign individuals who wish to conduct foreign investment activities in Indonesia.

It’s specifically designed to meet the needs of investors doing business in Indonesia. It facilitates matters related to living in Indonesia and their work permits. It encourages foreign investment, eases market access, and provides longer stay permits.

The applicant has to provide the following documents:

• Passport (valid 30 months)
• Travel Insurance
• Legal documents of the owned company:
  • AKTA Copy
  • SK
  • NIB
  • NPWP
  • OSS credentials
  • Bank Statement
