1. Passport copy in jpeg format
2. Personal photo in jpeg format
3. Return tickets in PDF format

NOTES

Please be informed that photo capturing must be conducted at the Immigration Office corresponding to your residential address. The photo session can only be done during office hours, after the application payment has been successfully completed. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
