Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate. Hepta Solutions is not liable for any payment delays due to incorrect information provided.

4. Eligibility and Restrictions

• • The program is open globally with no country-specific restrictions.

  • Affiliates must not engage in spam marketing.

  • Paid advertising is allowed but cannot use the Hepta Solutions brand name directly.

5. Tracking and Attribution

• • Referrals are tracked via unique referral links, coupons, and cookies.

  • Cookie Duration: 30 days from the user’s first interaction.

  • Commissions are credited to the affiliate if the referred user makes a purchase within this timeframe.

6. Termination Policy

• • Affiliates involved in fraudulent activity or found in breach of these terms will face immediate termination without prior notice.

  • Termination will result in the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

• • Affiliates will not have access to any confidential information from Hepta Solutions.

  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR if operating in the EU or similar jurisdictions.

10. Amendments to the Terms

Hepta Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
