Hepta Solutions proposes to provide integrated business support, compliance, accounting, tax, HR, contract, and management advisory services for ByBali Build Consulting and CoNest Bali.The purpose of this retainer is to support both companies with stronger financial visibility, compliance discipline, operational structure, HR support, contract control, and management decision support.This proposal is designed as an incremental monthly retainer, allowing both companies to receive core support from day one while gradually expanding the service intensity as the working structure becomes clearer.

FINANCIAL COMMITMENT

Phased Retainer Structure

We recommend a phased model to support both companies sustainably. Instead of charging the full retainer immediately during the kick-start phase, fees increase progressively as operations stabilize and our scope of integrated support becomes established.

Meeting Rhythm

Phase 1 (Month 1-2)

Intensive Coordination

2 to 3 meetings per week. Focus on alignment, urgent compliance, document flow setup, and structural matters.

Phase 2 (Month 3-4)

Adjusted Routine

1 weekly meeting. Focus on follow-up on reports, hiring, contracts, and operational improvements.

Phase 3 (Month 5+)

Stabilized Rhythm

1 weekly meeting + 1 Monthly Review. Focus on financial review, management advisory, and ongoing coordination.

AGREEMENT

Protocols & Acceptance

Clear boundaries ensure excellent execution. Review client responsibilities and operational limits to finalize the agreement.

Critical Deadlines & Client Role

  • Submission Deadline: All monthly documents must be submitted no later than the 2nd calendar day of the following month.
  • Provide complete, accurate data in accepted formats (Excel, PDF, CSV).
  • Assign one main POC for each company.
  • Make all tax/BPJS payments directly.
  • Late submissions risk delayed reporting and increased compliance exposure.

Billing & Liability Limits

  • Invoicing: Issued 1st calendar day of each month. Due within 7 days.
  • Service Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00 – 17:00 WITA.
  • Termination: 30 days written notice required by either party.
  • Liability capped at fees paid for the preceding 3 months.
  • Excludes audit, legal litigation, tax disputes, and notary fees.
