Fairdeal Constructions approached us for completing their unfinished solution for managing payments of installments being received against sale of plots and flats. Their internal process involved several duplications and manual printouts which had made their work unmanageable.

We first conducted a system study of their existing process and explained to them our customized solution Collection Accounting System CAS which would be accessible not only via intranet but also via web. Special Title Application Management Process is a secure, web-based software solution that allows Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and local Municipalities to expedite the Special Title process by submitting the application online through the STAMP® portal. STAMP® was developed for our overseas Client Nobel Systems Inc. USA.

The STAMP® solution is ready to implement with a self-funded model, thereby reducing costs and potentially increasing revenues.

The Municipality that takes AIM® is able to track and control each and every vehicle in its charge from the moment it is impounded to the moment it is reclaimed, auctioned, or recycled as dictated by local, state & federal regulations. Every step of the impound is thoroughly documented and controlled.
Fleet Maintenance System is one more solution developed on behalf of our US Client, Nobel Systems Inc.

Fleet Maintenance System (FMS) offers municipalities and city agencies a consolidated yet robust set of tools for tracking expenses related to agency-owned/leased vehicle maintenance and operations, all from a web-based platform. This means there is no need to install and maintain software. FMS is available anywhere there is an Internet connection
Environmental Property Maintenance System is yet another useful product developed for Nobel Systems Inc by us and is presently being used by the Jersey City Incinerator Authority (JCIA) Municipality.

Environmental Property Maintenance System(EPMS) helps promote the conscientious usage and environmental stewardship of public/private land.
